He took his time in doing the tune up and assessing what my unit needed. He quickly inquired what my plan covered with American Home Shield and immediately took care of my AC. Juan was professional and informative. The service was excellent.

What a great experience, Juan was very communicative, called me when he was on his way, told him the problem with our HVAC, diagnosed and fixed right away! Explained step by step, fixed problem, cleaned up after himself, very respectful with property.

Had a/c check up for maintenance!! Juan was proffessional, respectful and prompt, along with his trainee , Antonio. Juan was great at explaining all the steps that were being done. Assured us that all was running properly. We asked a few questions about some issues with a room that is farther away from unit.
