✅ After-Hours Rates Apply: Calls scheduled through this emergency feature are billed at our after-hours service rate. Pricing will be discussed prior to dispatch. ✅ Parts House Fees: If your repair requires parts that must be obtained from suppliers after hours, additional fees charged by the parts house will also apply. These costs are outside of our control and will be communicated upfront when applicable. ✅ Non-Emergency Requests: If your service can wait until normal business hours, we encourage you to contact us during those times to avoid additional fees. ✅ Home Warranty Customers: If you are an American Home Shield or other home warranty customer, your request will be processed during regular business hours. Emergency rates do not apply to warranty calls, and these will be scheduled in the order received when our office reopens.
